1. Introduction
Acrylic acid currently is a globally popular material for building sports field ground. It is widely used for tennis courts and basketball courts. Of the four top tennis matches of the worlds, the tennis courts of the American Open and the Australian Open are made from acrylic acid.
The price of acrylic material is acceptable. The material is conveniently applied in construction, and it requires no maintenance. It is an all-weather sports field ground material. It has a variety of bright colors, with uniform shock absorption. It is wear-proof, and brings safety and comfort to athletes while they enjoy sports.
At present, there are two types of acrylic ground material: the first type being hard-ground acrylic material, with high performance at a low cost, economical and practical; the second type is shock-absorptive acrylic material, with an acceptable price, high-level safety for athletes, efficiently reducing the shock to the brain or legs in sports. The second type is adopted in almost all major contemporary tennis matches.

3. Construction features of acrylic ground material for sports fields
¡ù Construction of acrylic ground is not to be started until the new cement concrete field has been maintained and hardened
¡¡¡ù Bottom paint is not to be applied before the ground gets dry
¡ù No construction on rainy day; avoid construction under the scorching sun or when humidity is over 90%
¡ù Keep good air ventilation when constructing indoor ground
¡¡¡ù Prevent water soaking for at least 10 hour after the application of surface paint; for more hours when temperature is low
¡ù The constructed field is not to be used until at least 7 days after its completion
4.Requirements for the basement
The basement can be either cement or asphalt, flat, solid, clean, and free of slack matter.

1. There are two kinds of material for the leveling layer and the sealing layer: one is modified emulsified asphalt, and the other is acrylic acid. Figures in the above table are calculated in terms of modified emulsified asphalt. The acrylic leveling agent and sealant can be provided at the customer¡¯s request.
2. Application amounts of material shown in the table are theoretically calculated. Actual application amounts are subject to factors as roughness of field basement, crevice rate of basement surface, temperature. If the ground needs leveling to meet the standard of flatness, leveling material is required, which is not considered in the table.
