Requirements
1. courts specification
※ single courts size: width 8.23m, length 22.77m. Doubles courts size: width 10.97m,length 23.77m
※ lines for courts: the width of serve midline should be 5 cm, the biggest width shouldn’t exceed 10 cm, all the other lines should be between 2.5~5 cm
※ measurement: all the measurement should be at the outer of the line
※ Color: all the lines should be in the same color, the ads or other things that put on the back of courts are forbidden to use white or yellow. As for the other colors, only if they won’t infect players eyesight can be adopted.
※ Amortizing area: the distance between sideline and the fixed obstacle should be at least 36.58m, the distance between base line and the fixed obstacle should be at least 6.401m, the court with watching flat should be at least 8.23m, the distance between court and court is 7.315 or at least 3.658m, the height of fixed obstacle above court: besides sideline 36.58 the height shouldn’t below 5.486m, besides baseline the height shouldn’t below 6.401m,the height above court shouldn’t below 10.668m.
2. courts gradient
※ each court gradient should reduce to 2.78‰(1:360), the utmost shouldn’t exceed 8.83%.(1:120)
※ the gradient from side line to side line and to the same direction shouldn’t exceed 3 pieces (54.864m)
※ the gradient from baseline to baseline and to the same direction shouldn’t exceed 1 piece
※ all the court should be on the same inclined plan
3. court level
※ the water can be kept on the any other part of court can’t exceed 3mm or 4mm
※ the eligibility of court level should over or equal 85%
4. drain
※ the drain equipment should be set around the court
※ the width shouldn’t be less than 350mm, the depth shouldn’t be less than 457mm
※ the gradient shouldn’t be less than 1% (1:100)
5. the court orientation
first. Exposed to the sun and lee
second. Have a good drain equipment, the groundwater level should be low
third. Can’t be too close to the road, there can’t be the movable objects. If it has, to hide it by using the netthings that can keep away from the sun
fourth. The plants or grass can be grew around courts
fifth. Easy to be used by people
sixth. The axis should be the right north and south, the utmost angle shouldn’t be over 18·
6. court color
※ the surface color should be in the same one, there can’t be a big difference
※ as for the inside one, the bottom of walls around should be the same till 2.47m,the back court should be the same from 3.658 to 4.267m
※ the dark color should be adopted in the rage
7. the surface height
※ the height which exceeded around shouldn’t be less than 254mm
8. channels
※ the width of channels shouldn’t be less than 0.914m
※ channels without barriers should be as wide as a court
9. court establishment
※ tennis pillar: the height of the pillar should be 1.067m upright the ground with the tennis line or the steel line; the tennis pillar can’t exceed the peak of line than 2.5cm.
※ the center of each pillar should be 0.914m from the court
※ the pillar side or the diameter of single court can’t exceed 15cm;the doubles can’t exceed 7.5cm
※ the color of it should be black or green
※ net: the utmost diameter of line or lead thread should be 0.8cm
※ the diameter of line or lead thread should be packed by the white net bag, the width should be neither more than 6.35cm nor less than 5cm.
※ the height of net center is 0.914cm, which should be fixed by the 5cm width white bag.
※ There mustn’t be any ad. On neither tennis net nor tennis thread nor pillar.
※ The eye of net should be less than 50*50
※ The center band and terra anchor: the terra anchor should be in the parallel with the court ground and also the tennis line

※ there shouldn’t be any light equipments behind the main playing courts
※ enclosure
※ the builder is allowed to build the enclosure inside the banner 305mm on the hard court
※ the height should be no less than 3048m
※ the neteye can’t block or cross the net line
※ all doors or pillar should be never less than 64mm square pillar or 76mm round pillar
※ the thickness of pillar should be at least 64mm
※ all the pillars setup that the center distance can’t exceed 3048
※ the standard color of rail dope should be green, black or brown
※ the judgment desk, light and the other accessorial equipments should be setup according to each regulation in the competition
10. various material of layer: the tennis layer including acrylic layer, juancai layer, polystyrene layer, grass or artifical grass, land layer, combination layer and tennis blanket etc
