I. Basketball Field:it¡¯s a square plane and has not any barriers.For the international Basketball United,Basketball measurement must be measued from the inside along of the line.As for all of games.the International Basketball United have right to confirm the Basketball Field that is fit for the following measurement:the lenghth decreas 4m,the width decrease 2m,but the changing must be proportion.Ceiling or the lowest barrier ¡®height is at least 7m.The shining of the Basketball Field must be average,and also must be full.What¡¯s more, the installment of the light equipment can¡¯t promise to hamper the visual of players.The measurement of the new Basketball Field must be identical to the regulated requirement of International Basketball United¡¯s primary competition:the length is 28m,the width is 15m.
II. The line:width is 0.05m(5cm)
A. The borderline:The distance between the borderline of the Basketball Field and audience or any barriers is at least 2m.The borderline of the long side of Basketball Field is called side line.,and the borderline of the short side is called end line.
B. The mid line:the line drawing parallel with end line from the mid point of the side line is called mid line;the mid line should extend 0.5m(15cm) to two outside lines.
C.Penalty kick line,limiting area and penalty kick area.
i. Penalty kick line should parallel to end line,the distance between inside along of the end and outsice along is 5.80m;the length of penalty kick line is 3.60m;the mid point of the penalty kick line must fall on the line of imagination connecting the mid point of the two ends.
ii. The distance is 3m between the mid point of end and the two lines drawing from two sides of penalty kick line partly,which form ground area that is limiting area.If we color inside of the limiting area,the color must be as same as the center circle inside.
iii. the limiting area and from the center of circle which is the mid point of penalty kick line,1.80m is radius ,extend to limiting area ,and then draw the semicircle area which is penalty kick area .The semicircle must be dotted line in limiting area.
iv. The position district of penalty kick area ¡®s two sides is for players¡¯s making.The way of drawing is the following:
a) The distance between the first line and the inside along of ends is 1.75m,measure along the two sides of penalty kick area.
b) The first position area ¡®s width is 0.85m(85cm),and also connect the beginning and end of the neutrality area.
c) The width of neutrality area is 0.40m(40cm),and also color fully by the same as the color of other lines.
d) The second position area is near to neutral area ,the width of it is 0.85m(85cm).
e) The third position area is near to the second position area,the width is 0.85m(85cm).
f) All of the lines drawing these position area ,the length of them is 0.10m(10cm),and also perpendicular to the outside of the end of penalty kick area.
D.Centre circle:center circle must draw in the center of Basketball Field,the radius is 1.80m,measure from the outside of the circle.If we colour in inner of the center circle,its colour must be the same as the inner of limiting area.
E.3 cents shooting area;
i. Drawing two parallels from end line,distrance is 1.25m from end line partly.
ii. The arc(semicircle) whose radius is 6.25m(measure to the outer of the arc)crossed with two palallels.
iii. The center of the arc must be on the crossing point of the vertical line of the other side basket and ground.The distance is 1.575m between the center of a circle and the mid point of the end line¡¯s inner.Notes:If the width of Basketball Field is under 15m,arc still draw by 6.25m radius.
