first: specification
(一) competition court
　　The court should be no less than 14 meter long, 7 meter width and 4 meter height. The competition section should be fixed by 75 cm dark colored board in height, and separated from the other competition court and audience.

(二) floor
　　The floor should be the compounded plastic and the stable wooden floor, the color shouldn’t be the light one or the obvious glisten, the surface can’t be the brick or compounded and concrete.
(三) the baffle
　　The baffle should be the portable and reliable, it can prevent athletes from hurting during bumping onto it, the width should be 1.4m.
(四)light
　　Measuring from the table surface, the light should be in equality. It can’t be less than 1000, the other part of the competition can’t be less than half of the table surface, the lamp-house can’t be 4m lower than the floor. The around of the court should be in dark, there should be no lamp-house or light come from the uncovered window or the light from the gap.

second: specification of competition equipments
(一)ball desk
　The up surface is called table desk, it should be the rectangle, 2.74m long, 1.525 wide. 76cm high from the ground. The desk contain the brim, the desk should be made by any material that has the elasticity. When the ball falls from 30cm high place, it can be jumped 23cm in height. The desk should be in dark color, lackluster, there should be a 2cm white line between 2.74m foul line brim and 1.525m base line brim. There should be a upright net which divide the desk into two equally section. And can be treated as a whole on each section. The net and the end line should be in parallel. When play in doubles, each section should be divided by a 3mm white midline, the midline and the foul line is in parallel. The midline is treated as the right semi-section of serving athlete and part of the meeting serving athlete.
(二)ball net
　　The ball net includes net, hanging rope and the bracket. The ends of the rope should be tied on the endlonging pole which is 15.25-cm-high. The edge of the pole should be 15.25cm away from foul line. The whole net should be 15.25cm from the table desk. The hemline of the net should be press close to the desk, the ends of the net should be press to the net pole.
